This website is owned by Revise Resume and Career Coaching, hosted by Wix.com. By accessing these digital products, services, or using this website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below. 

PURCHASING OF SERVICES

  • We offer career services and digital products for purchase to Canadian Residents of legal age to work in Canada.

  • The total price on our products and services include Ontario HST

  • Before making a purchase, you are responsible for reading the full listing.

  • Please send an inquiry if you have questions before purchasing. 

  • When making a purchase, you agree to the cancellation, reschedule, and refund policies.  

 

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE AND REFUND POLICY 

ALL SERVICES INVOLVING 1:1 CAREER COACHING SESSIONS

Your Responsibilities:

  1. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice to nicole@revisecareercoaching.com

  2. There is no cancellation or rebooking fee, given you have provided at least 24 hours notice. 

  3. If 24 hours notice is not given for cancellation, you'll be charged a 10% fee of the cost that's applied to your refund. 

  4. Three time rule: Should you request for a third time to rebook, we have the right to cancel the service. You will be charged a 10% fee of the cost that will be applied to your refund. Unfortunately, constant rebooking on your part can negatively impact our business as those time slots could have been given to others.

  5. No Show: If you do not show for your appointment and have not provided notice, you'll be charged a 30% fee of the cost that's applied to your refund.

Our Responsibilities:

  • We will provide you with an email reminder prior to your appointment.

  • We will process necessary refunds within 24 hours. 

  • As humans we too may become ill and unable to work. If your career coach needs to rebook due to illness, you will be notified immediately via email. A full refund will be provided should you opt to rebook and decide to cancel the service. 

GROUP WORKSHOPS AND LIVE WEBINARS (VIRTUAL SEATS FOR PURCHASE)

Your Rights and Responsibilities

  • To cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours notice to nicole@revisecareercoaching.com

  • Rescheduling: If a group workshop/webinar is being offered on multiple dates, you can request to switch dates. 

  • Cancellation: There is no fee for cancellation, provided you have given 24 hour notice. If 24 hours notice is not given, you'll be charged a 10% fee of the cost that's applied to your refund.

  • No Show: If you did not show to a group workshop/webinar and failed to give notice, there is no refund.

 

Our Responsibilities:

  • We will provide you with an email reminder prior to the event.

  • We will process necessary refunds within 24 hours. 

  • Should the event need to be rebooked or cancelled due to the host falling ill, you will be notified immediately. In which case we will transfer your name to the the next date with your permission, or provide a full refund. 

DIGITAL MATERIAL

There are no refunds available for any digital materials that you purchase (e.g., resume, cover letter, tip sheets, and other digital materials created by Revise Resume and Career Coaching). This is because once you have purchased the materials and they have been provided to you, they have been made available for download. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All content shown or sold on this web site is owned by Revise Resume and Career Coaching or Wix.com. Material found on this website are not to be copied, altered, or advertised as your own. In the event you download free or purchased products (excluding your own resume and cover letter of course!) from the website, you are in agreeance that you cannot alter, sell, re-produce, or advertise the material as your own. 

DISCLAIMER

To avoid conflict of interest with other employment bound to the owner of this company, Revise Resume and Career Coaching is not serving residents within the Hamilton-Niagara and Halton regions. 

BULLYING AND HARASSMENT POLICY

We will not stand for any form of bullying or harassment. Should this behaviour occur from a service user, we have the right to terminate services immediately. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
